Motorola irrigation controllers are the most common in Israel and are used by many entities in Israel.
Below is information about the four most common controller models manufactured by it.

IRRInet M
IRRinet-M, the product that replaces the old Scorpio, can be installed in both AC and DC models. This high-tech irrigation controller can control up to 12 taps or 24 if you install an expansion card.
This product can communicate both by radio and cellular and can also control dozens of XR controllers. This controller has been very common in recent years and is installed on dozens of long roads and railway routes and functions independently and over time.
IRRInet-M is part of the new generation of ICC-IRRInet controllers, providing an efficient solution for a wide range of multi-task irrigation water applications, while allowing the user to obtain a high level of return on investment. As part of Motorola's green concept, IRRInet-M operates with extremely low power consumption, for energy savings.
IRRInet-M can be used as a standalone monitor and on remote units.
IRRInet-M can also be used as a secondary controller in the IRRInet ICC system.
Multiple IRRInet-M units can be locally connected together to provide a professional solution and meet the growing needs of the customer's system.
The ICC software allows users to connect up to 50 IRRInet-M units in a system. IRRInet-M is a multi-function controller. It replaces the IRRInet XL and Scorpio controllers for systems that require a limited number of I/O.
IRRInet M has full compatibility to connect to the Piccolo Interface Unit (PIU) to operate Remote Terminal Units (RTU'S) such as the Piccolo XR

Scorpio XR
Piccolo XR is a product for integration into water and irrigation systems, highly durable in extreme conditions and with extremely low power consumption, along with a solar panel that charges its battery - it can last several years without the need for a battery replacement!
Additionally, XR units can be "chained" to transmit commands to each other. This option allows for increased distances in system control. (Up to 3 units can be chained).
The reception ranges are up to 1,500 meters within line of sight.
The PIU unit is the unit that connects the Piccolo XR to the central unit (usually IRRInet). Approximately 30 XR units can be connected to each PIU unit!


Irint ACE
Motorola's flagship in the field of new generation controllers, the system enables a wide range of solutions in the field of irrigation, control and scheduled tasks.
As part of Motorola's green concept, IRRInet-ACE operates with extremely low power consumption, saving energy.
IRRinet ACE serves as a powerful communications and monitoring controller and is capable of controlling multiple remote controllers in addition to the site where it is installed.
System flexibility is achieved through 8 expansion slots, a local processor, a communications processor, and the ability to connect a large number of Piccolo XR edge controllers using a PIU.
The system can be connected via radio or cellular communication.
Piccolo RTU
